The waitress from PA was fabulous and this entree was so incredible that I wrote it down! Pan seared scallops on a bed of autumn hash of root vegetables including shitake mushrooms with lobster demi-glaze and a side of roasted asparagus. I loved the casual yet special vibe here. Last night my wife and I ate at Caroline's for the first time. Like most restaurants on Cape Cod after Labor Day, the service suffered due to staffing shortages. My lack of patience was punched in the mouth by a superb dinner. The pistachio crusted halibut was to die for. Marsha's warm lobster roll was one of her best ever. We were offered to comp our meals but decided not to accept due to the caliber of the food. We will be back next year for sure.
