Mcdonald's - Eastlake

Only first shift can do anything right. Their other shifts are incompetent rude. They mess my order up EVERY time. Frys are always cold meats always old bread stale. Strongly advise driving another couple miles to the one on Lakeshore and Vine st.Hope I saved someone's

90% off the time my order is correct.. And I'll say only a few times is the staff stuck on dahh, rude responses or just plain slower then frozen pond water!Parking: parking on both sides and in rearlots on either side ensure parking. if you have a camper there are multiple businesses you can stretch out in and walk to McDonald's.near the boat ramp and river/marina. nice little area to shop if in eastlake Surfside area

The remodel here is very nice, and there are some perks, advantages, and disadvantages to having the kiosk option depending on the person and their comfort level. It's Introvert friendly, but for an extrovert, the lack of customer service may be a slight turnoff. Unless that's only because workers aren't showing up for their shifts. The kiosk is nice to go in, order, and pay with limited social interaction, but the wait time is longer to receive your order.

Awful service! Rude workers! They seriously need new management at this location!!!!!

This place is TERRIBLE! Seriously it was not busy and I had to tell the carryout guy to please take my order!
