Slainte Irish Pub - Easton

In my view, Porter’s Pub is outstanding when it comes to brunch. They serve brunch on Sundays from 11 AM to 3 PM, and while the regular menu is great, the specials are exceptional. I had a tough time deciding what to order, but I finally chose the Moroccan Lamb Benedict, and it did not disappoint! I also highly recommend trying the spicy garlic Bloody Mary. If brunch isn’t your preference, they offer an impressive selection of beers, and both their regular menu and specials are consistently excellent. The atmosphere is lovely as well—it's a cozy place, so I recommend making a reservation.

The restaurant features plenty of outdoor seating and a cozy indoor space. The service was excellent, and the drinks were delightful. The food was truly amazing. The pound of drumsticks with mesquite jalapeño was particularly outstanding. The cheese board, Mediterranean plate, and drunken clams were excellent for sharing. The clam bisque was rich in flavor, and my salmon was cooked to perfection. Moreover, they offer a wide selection of beers.

Perennial favorite remains one of the best places in the Lehigh Valley to go for great beer and food. The sheer number of mugs on the ceiling speaks to its repeat customer loyalty.

This spot is a must visit when coming to Easton. The food is fantastic, with a varied menu that almost forces you to come back because you can’t order everything the first time. I had the medium rare blackened rib eye sandwich with bbq pasta salad. Do I need to say more? The real highlight of the bar is the 6k+ mugs on the ceiling! You can get your own mug by drinking 60 specific beers, and they even have a celebration when you complete the list. You can also get more than one mug, as one loyalist has over 80! Do yourself a favor and give this place a visit!
