Organizing a ladies luncheon. Food was great. Great value for price. Service was excellent and friendly. Definitely coming back

This was my third time here. I consider it to be an undiscovered gem. The food is fresh and appears to be made to order. This time, a Friday night, I started with a seafood corn chowder. It was full of shrimp and scallops, warming on a cold night. I had the airline chicken as my main, the chicken was so moist, the mashed potatoes were wonderful, the asparagus cooked perfectly. My husband dad the pasta and I loved that too. The entrance is not well lit and you have to wind around a bit, give it a try, I’m pretty sure you will like it.

I’ve been to Tavern 19 several times in the past few months. Chef specials are the way to go! Peppercorn steak with cognac sauce is a favorite. Friends have also ordered the duck, stuffed fresh catch, and the lamb all delicious. Go when they have a band and it’s tons of fun if you like to dance!

Casual setting with great food and drinks. Service was excellent. Stay as long as you want without any hassle.

This was our sedond visit to Tavern 19. Our friend is in the group that played this night. The food was very good with ample portions, the wait staff polite and efficient. So far we like the restaurant and will be returning again.
