Lotus Leaf - Eden Prairie

I tried Lotus Leaf for the first time. I only recently knew about the place. Always looking for good Thai food and it's local... don't have to go to the city. I wasn't super hungry and decided to go with the Spring Rolls. They were fresh and tasteful. I'll order them again. Now I know about this place I will continue to try their menu. Don't hesitate to try.

This is a great place where I am happy again! The food is fresh, well presented, but above all delicious. It really tastes so good. The herbal spring rolls are fresh, not fried and come with a fresh salad garnish, which is a pleasure to eat, instead of a sad devastating color lumps give you some places. We then had the chicken-plant curry medium spices and the cattle-masssaman curry, and both were perfect. Like the ginger cream broth for dessert. This restaurant is a hidden gem that is a good value for money, and can easily pass for a famous top-end decor. And hopefully it will be recognized as such one day.

Wow, this is so great! You have to try out the currys, you can't go wrong with any of them. Besides, the Pad Kee Mow is incredibly delicious. I had almost every dish on the menu and you can't go wrong with anyone.

The food was super tasty!! I really enjoyed Fresh Spring Rolls and Chicken Pad Thai. My husband had the Green Curry and it was PHENOMENAL!!!!The staff was very friendly and made us feel very much at home! They even let us bring our own birthday cake! Thank you!!!!
