Pizza Luce - Eden Prairie

I visited this restaurant for the first time on a Tuesday at 3 PM, and it didn't quite meet my expectations. However, our server, Augie, was friendly and attentive, which made for a pleasant experience. The food was delicious. We enjoyed the chocolate cake, carry-out pizza, and wings, as well as a dry rub and a brownie that I took home with me.

Our server eventually warmed up and tried to catch up with us, but her initial interaction was lacking compared to the more engaging staff at other tables. I'm not sure what was going on—perhaps she was overwhelmed. The owner might want to remind the younger staff that customer service is crucial and that their demeanor can impact the restaurant's success. Most customers won't forget a poor experience. On the positive side, the kitchen deserves kudos; the food came out quickly and was delicious. I also think it would be helpful to have clear images of the menu available; it's frustrating to have to click through links just to see what a restaurant offers when browsing online.

While the picture may not be the best, I have to say that since I moved to Minnesota, Pizza Luce has become one of my favorite spots. Their gluten-free pizza crusts and various dietary options are fantastic. The Molly bars and the seasonal gluten-free desserts are simply amazing. I still fondly remember a gluten-free apple cake dessert they had a few years ago. I've also started bringing my children here, and they’ve come to love it just as much as I do. I apologize for my scattered thoughts—my affection for Pizza Luce makes it hard to express everything clearly! There are just so many wonderful memories tied to this restaurant.

We are visiting the area and went to another pizza Luce in the area earlier in the week and loved it so much we decided to come back and visit them. We had a large group and we ordered a wide range of food from Mac and cheese, meatballs, pizza, lasagna and other items. Everything was delicious! Also the brownies are amazing!

I don't live in the cities, I just pass through them regularly. In nine out of ten trips I stop for Pizza Luce because of their gluten free options.
