Contribuisci feedbackWhy provide indoor seating when you only have ten parking spaces? For those who prefer not to use the drive-thru, finding a place to park and dash inside can be quite difficult. Many customers would like to sit down and use their iPads without having to go through the drive-thru. Furthermore, when both the drive-thru and parking lot are crowded, it becomes very hard to leave the parking lot, which can result in traffic buildup on the main road and create a hazardous situation.
Overall, my experience was very positive. However, the parking lot can be quite difficult to navigate, as it is often disorganized, making it hard for people to get in and out. Even though the place was busy, they serve amazing coffee, which definitely makes the wait worthwhile.
The customer service here is consistently exceptional. The cashiers are great, which makes this one of my favorite places for a quick meal. During my last visit, I forgot my wallet and they couldn’t accept Apple Pay, but they kindly gave me my food for free! Haha!
I recently ordered a macchiato with extra espresso and light caramel, but they accidentally added extra caramel instead. When I went back for a replacement, they forgot to add the extra espresso. Now I'm left with a $7 cup of milk. To make matters worse, I ended up wasting 10-15 minutes. Additionally, the espresso had an unusual taste.
There are definitely varied opinions about this restaurant, which is understandable. However, I haven't experienced any issues myself. When the line at Memorial Drive is particularly long and slow, I prefer to come here instead, and the staff at the window has always been friendly.
