Acappella - West - Edgewater

Restaurant was alright until a mouse was roaming around in the middle of the restaurant. My gf and I were disgusted. Our waiter noticed the mouse after we told him and did not do anything about it nor accommodate us. It’s a shame.

Service was poor (they kept forgetting our drinks), food just OK, the only thing worth eating was the polenta (best ever) The worse part, they allowed Cigar smoking in the outdoor seating area and with the doors open it permeated the entire dining room making it unbearable to enjoy dinner

Have long been looking forward to this visit, with extra-city guests. the reservation is made and the confirmation has been confirmed 24 hours before. I have the restaurant, it was closed as in locked tight, no one available. you tried to call, you didn't get any answer. went online to check the website was after bento box with a 'uh oh, something is wrong with this website' ... also checked the parent location in nyc apparently closed permanently. I send huge kudos to open table to respond to my concerns in very professional way.

We ordered the octopus appetizer and we have 2 thin small pieces not worth the $20. service was unattended as we only have a party of 2 very unimpressed

I go to acappella in ny and now nj since the day they were opened in ny. In the evening is an event, not only a meal. peter, johnny and ricky to see in the NJ site, brings great memories back and guarantees exceptional service. sergio makes everyone feel, important and really takes care of his guests/friends. only an extraordinary time with great friends.
