Accappella - Edgewater

Amazing experience eating here on a Saturday. We went to a half complete restaurant playing some really nice covers that all of us put in the resting mode immediately. The food was excellent, the service friendly and fast. The owner is the sweetest ever by to check out all eating there; but not in the annoying way. He also made us taste his figgrappa, which was quite potent and tasty. Definitely recommend this restaurant for a culinary experience with family or friends!

First time to go to this restaurant and have to say we were totally impressed. My friend and I decided to eat in the sea instead of NYC (where I live now). This location had another Italian restaurant, but it closed years ago. We were greeted by the Lord, who was pleasant and polite. He changed us to our seats, adapted our table and placed the napkins in our rounds. This plus the interior gives the place a very stylish touch. On sitting, you will be immediately started with bruschetta, bread, salami grilled zucchini (not at the top eat these). Had the grilled octopus and it was really well cooked and well presented in a bed of salad tomatoes. Vote with other reviews that it is wine list that is full of quality, not many by the glass options. We didn't want to be pulverized, so we chose a glass option that is a Napa Valley Cabernet. Surprisingly, it was not listed on the wine list. The wine was pretty good. They actually have several wines that are difficult on the market, especially Italian wines. The bottle prices are very competitive. For the duck, my girlfriend had the black ink paste and I had the pork chop. Both were excellent in both tastes. Make sure you have an appetite when you order the pig stall because it is massive! Service was very good. We have been constantly reviewed and made recommendations. Manager even gave me an interesting overview of his favorite wines and their market prices. As far as prices go, Acapella is in line with other high-end restaurants in the Metro NYC area. And the experience is definitely worth it. Incredibly with reviews that it pretentious my girl and I both came very casual in jeans never got this mood. All in all, we were very impressed by our dinner experience. This is now one of our favorite places and we definitely make this a regular hunting. Would give a 4.7, but will round off as 4 stars would make a service. Very recommended!!!!

The place is okay, is clean, it's not the best view, but still good. The food was delicious, hot at the time. The waiter was a good guy, but maybe too friendly some people, only I don't want to be touched or tell them what to do. The bartender was a beautiful lady and the beverage mix was really delicious.

Great restaurant with authentic Italian food! Loved the funny and attentive staff and the owner even took time to draw with our baby daughter so that we could eat in peace. It's pretty busy at weekends, but quiet in the week. Enjoy!
