Broadneck Grill - Edgewater

This restaurant was disappointing. The Old Fashioned cocktail had too much bitters. The wings were small and overcooked. The Cream of Crab soup was bland. The Crab Cake Sandwich was average. The server was polite but not very attentive. I had high expectations but now I see why they are struggling to stay in business. Service: Sit-down Meal type: Dinner

I would recommend avoiding this restaurant if you do not want to support an employer who fires employees when they are sick. Additionally, it is concerning that the dishwasher machine runs cold water, which goes against health codes. As an employee, I experienced food poisoning twice, likely due to these issues. The management is overworked, underpaid, and not appreciated, leading to a high turnover rate. The bar is also not up to code, raising questions about how they pass health inspections. I hope these issues have been addressed and improved since my time working there.

Avoid this restaurant if you don't want to get sick. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a rating of 1.

We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! After a day at Mayo Beach, we decided to try this place and we were not disappointed. We started with the chips and salsa, which were delicious. Our entrees, the Texas Chimichanga and the Spinach burrito, were amazing. The Texas chimichanga was filled with chicken, beef, beans, rice, and cheese, all smothered in a delicious cheese sauce. The Spinach burrito was a pleasant surprise with its filling of spinach, artichoke, tomatoes, onions, and cheese. Even though it had no meat, it was still incredibly satisfying. The service from our waiters and busboys was excellent. Although there was a small issue with the chimichanga, the waiter and manager quickly resolved it, showing great customer service. We will definitely be returning whenever we are at the beach for some delicious Tex Mex. Thank you!
