Frederick's Coffee And Wine - Edinburgh

Everything was perfect! It was my first experience at a Scottish restaurant, and it couldn't have been better. The staff was nice and friendly, and the ambiance and decor were very cool, cozy, and hipster. The full breakfast was amazing and packed with flavor. If you visit, be sure to grab a table by the windows— the view of the garden is simply magical!

Fredericks is a lovely spot for coffee and lunch. The food was enjoyable, but the service left something to be desired. I had to wait a bit, but my order was accurate. The location is also quite convenient.

Among all the hidden little cellar cafés in Edinburgh, yours truly stands out with its beautiful, spacious interiors and stunning views of the city center. My waffles were fantastic, and I wholeheartedly recommend this place. Thank you!

I and my blogger kumpel cera came a few days ago to fredericks. surprisingly for a Sunday the caffe was filled with people. the coworkers here are super nice. smiley and bubbly the caffe itself is located on a beautiful place, very accessible and the stairs leading to caffe brings a mysterious edge! I went for ceras good recommendation for the chocolate tee and chocolate fudge cake. Yeah, I know, overload choco! the tee was sooo refreshing and just perfect. they had a nice selection of vales to choose also from, but a chokoholic, it made sense to choose the cake! cera ordered waffels that looked amazing! I was glad that everything on the menu was very affordable. no guilty feeling after that! the size of the caffe is great as there is a lot of space to move around, although it was busy. I am a fidgety person, especially when it comes to sitting on chairs for a long time. but at fredericks, the chairs are also large and comfortable to sit on overall, all ticking from me!

I usually come here for meetings as the place is quite big and the location is superb! They're also opened after work so if you want a quiet place to chill and have a conversation this is a good pick! Their coffees and teas are nice and the cakes are wonderful! I especially like their Orange Blossom Oolong and Japanese Cherry tea. I had their London Fog once and I liked it as well. The view is beautiful but the place gets very cold in the winter due to single glazed windows. Come here if you're not in a rush as the service can be quite slow when they're busy. But the staff is very nice and friendly.
