Smashburger - Edison

This burger chain is decent, but the prices are a bit high for such small fast-food burgers. The service was quick, even on a busy day. However, they could benefit from reducing the amount of salt in the patties a bit.

The burger I had was cold and lacked flavor; there was no passion in it. I foolishly assumed this was one of the higher-end burger chains, but it clearly wasn't. It felt like fast food, yet somehow it was served slowly.

Ordered a Cheddar smoked Brisket Burger with onion rings it was very good and the onion rings were greasy, but a good tasting greasy. The chocolate shaker I had was also very good, it was better than the other food menu options at this mall

I waited over 20 minutes for a milkshake that I had ordered online in advance. As a mall employee, I have limited time for meals, so I always make sure to arrange my orders before my break. When I arrived, I informed the staff that I was there to pick up an online order. The employee checked and realized that my order hadn’t even been started yet. He apologized and began preparing it, but then he stopped when other employees came to the front. After waiting another 10-15 minutes, I mentioned to another employee that I had been waiting for a while, and all I received was a "sorry." With four employees on duty, this wait time is unacceptable. In the end, I finally got my milkshake just as my break was ending.

Check your salad greens before eating! Mine were *beyond* wilted ?
