Steve's Rib - Edmond

Average at best - I tried the ribs (since the place is called Steve's Ribs) and there was absolutely nothing peculiar or special about them. Don't get me wrong, they are not bad, it's just average it's not what you would expect from the signature dish. The service was ok, and the food was prepared in a timely fashion. A few recommendations: try the Mac&cheese and the turkey... But stay away from the wraps, they were quite soggy.

Our family used to love Steve's, but something has definitely changed. The sauce isn't as good, the ribs are always fatty and the service is poor. I think the last time we went will be the last time for good, it's been consistently bad for a while now.

Totally underwhelmed... Their "Braised Center Cut Ribs" are low quality regular ribs in every way except price... 5 years ago they were thick and cooked to perfection.... Not anymore...
