Food was okay. Service terrible. First of all their was an issue with gift card that we clearly had a receipt to. The man in the front didnt do anything and after 20 mins the lady in the back finally came just to be very unhelpful and rude. Then later waited almost 2hrs for 3 burger combo meals which is just ridiculous. Also while many people who came MUCH after us got orders within 5 mins. Really need to work on customer service!!! Would give 0 stars if possible.

We bought 180$ worth of gift cards half of the cards did not work. There were nine of us and only six have gotten their meal. We have been waiting for an hour and still no food for three of our girls. Our experience with dining was soiled by us not getting our meals. We bought the gift cards less than an hour before from the same restaurant. Horrible service.

Ok so basically my friends dad came in 20mins before we did to get 9 gift cards with 20 dollars on them. All of us girls came in and tried to order using the gift cards and did not work and they were VERY rude about it. Also the till beside us had the order on it so we did buy the gift card. After like 20 mins of arguing with them they finally took our orders but only some of us got our food. And the others had to wait an HOUR with us reminding them but still no food. We are still here after 2 hours! I’m so sorry but like wth

Great food, bad decaf coffee. You don't fill a cup when the coffee maker is starting to brew a pot. It was so strong, I had to spill it out.

After the way we were treated today, I will no longer go to ANY Edmonton location! Companies need to fight back against municipal government overreach! Disgusting!
