Baijiu - Edmonton

Absolutely love Baijiu. I’ve been coming here for a few years now and have never been disappointed. The vibes, the food, the drinks, and not to mention the wonderful staff make this place a go to for me on the weekends. Some of the best fried chicken in the city!

The drinks, atmosphere, and service were great. Disappointed by the food. It is tough to do fusion since you have to take risks on classics. Dumplings could use some more broth to make them more juicy. I would have appreciated a bit more attention to detail on taste, because presentation was right on. If I could give a 4.9 I would have. Thank you for a great experience. Go have the best old fashioned you can get in Edmonton.

Their patio is stunning!!! Such a good atmosphere and awesome food.

I would recommend this place to everyone, it is absolutely amazing, I could not help but order almost the entire menu. Very accommodating staff and everything I had was phenomenal. Next time I'm in Edmonton.

Very cool Asian inspired bar, the cocktails are all as tasty as you can say, we're pretty much trying all their signature cocktails. The outdoor terrace is huge, and I love that they have a DJ when we went on Friday night. Eating is okay, I took a star Cuz, the chicken wings were too salty. But overall, very relaxed place for drinks!
