Best pan fried pork buns since I've moved from Vancouver! Soupy juicy pork filling wrapped with thin skin! Cooked to perfection.Kid-friendliness: Server was exceptional with customization on dishes for our small toddlers, have high chair and spacious tables for super active kiddies!
Xia long bao is a delicious soup dumpling everyone should try!It's similar to a filled pot sticker but with soup broth inside. When you buy it it pops with soup and flavour!Had the traditional panfried, shrimp pan fried and classic. The dough was delicious, the pork filling and shrimp filling was also delicious!Love to see places pop up that are so unique and niche.

I tried this restaurant after being surprised there was a restaurant in edmonton that was solely in the bao business. It didn't take too long for us to get seated. We ordered the steamed xiao long bao, pan fried xiao long bao and the beef noodle soup. The flavors were okay but the filling for the dumplings didn't overly excite me (tasted bland). The beef noodle soup didn't have as much flavor as I expected. Food is somewhat average. Prices seemed fair.
