Contribuisci feedbackI tried the Pasta Tuesday special from the Boston Pizza in Windermere a few times over the years. The Jambalaya Fettuccini is definitely worth a try from this location so I'd give them 7.8/10
Went here for my boyfriend's birthday dinner per his request). Great patio but chairs are a little uncomfortable. There is one couch outside as well but we opted for a table that comes with an umbrella. No one on the patio when we got there at 5PM on a Tuesday night but when we left there was 3 other couples on the patio. Table umbrellas provided good shade. Waitress was attentive and friendly. We tried the Thai bites. Pricey and a touch too spicy for me but chicken was so fresh, crispy and yummy! As it was Pasta Tuesday I got the Smoked Gouda Poblano Pepper Ravioli. It was great and for only $14 it was a great price. Boyfriend got the Chicken and Mushroom Fettuccini. Very bland, but a good price. As it was boyfriends birthday, we asked for a free dessert but waitress said you have to be registered on the Boston Pizza app. So we took the 10 minutes to sign up and got a free Chocolate Brownie Addiction we were not asked which dessert we wanted query if this was offered as it is the cheapest dessert). Not complaining as it was free. Brownie was very rich and gooey and it came with 2 scoops of ice cream. But soooo sweet. It really needed some fresh fruit or nuts to help cut how sweet it is. Would not be able to eat it all myself. If you like the pasta here worth it to go on a Tuesday. Would not pay for the brownie dessert but worth going on your birthday for a free one!
The Chicken Parmesan was $21 dollars and I remembered that day I have received an discount(daily special), couldn't remember what date, but seriously? It's even smaller than McDonald's Junior chicken burger. Price raised due to the inflation rate everyone understood, but man.... that was disgusting. Came with Fries and the ridiculous/funniest thing was, you can count how many fires you get. Lol 20 fires in it. Stop it..... Never seen a restaurant like this. Will never go again for sure. Whatever..... forgot to take photos, but anyhow.
Absolutely horrible service. I made an order through the Boston Pizza App for delivery and it was routed to Door Dash for delivery. (funny that I couldn't order it from Door Dash directly but they can deliver it). The driver called and said he was out front. He was not. Once going back and forth with Door Dash and Boston Pizza directly, I was advised the driver was on his way. The driver never arrived after 2.5 hours of waiting. He then completed the order through the tracker and I could no longer communicate with them. After speaking with a representative at Boston Pizza I was practically told it was not their problem, and the same from Door Dash. The resolution I was offered was to come back tomorrow morning and I will maybe receive a refund but unlikely. They are only willing to give me a gift card for the amount. I do not want your gift card, I have no intention of ordering again. My first experience a month prior was nearly the same thing. After 2+ hrs of waiting I finally called and the restaurant advised they failed to input the order and were difficult to remake the order as it was now late. Horrible experience.
I came in this evening for a dinner with my family, our server named Simrat did not clear our visibly empty plates and cups from our table. She was disrespectful and had no manners or hospitality whatsoever. Coincidentally, my friends had the same experience with this same server. The food was a 10/10 but our server made the experience a 0/10. My family and I will not be eating here again if we have the same server. Worst customer service, Simrat needs to simply be fired/ written up. I hope management does something about this.
