Boston Pizza - Edmonton

We were here for dinner on a weeknight and the restaurant wasn't that busy. The service was fast and efficient. We were quickly seated and had placed our orders within 10 minutes. The server had said the restaurant hasn't been that busy since they reopened. Will be back at some points.

We stopped by for a “late” quick dinner after watching our grandson play soccer. I had the Memphis chicken sandwich. My wife had the shrimp tacos. Both meals were very good. The service was excellent, and the restaurant was clean. There is lots of parking. Of note, I asked that my spicy chicken sandwich not be really spicy. They accommodated my request and my sandwich was perfect.

Stopped by on Sunday about 1:00 for a quick lunch while doing inventory we were greeted quickly and our server was very attentive and friendly. Food and drinks arrived in short order and we were never lacking for anything we needed. Madison our server is an asset to your company and deserves to be recognized as such. We enjoyed our meals and would not hesitate to return.

A quick lunch was what we came for, great experience is what we left with. We we're greeted at the door by a friendly staff member. We we're immediately seated and within a minute our server had already took and delivered our drinks. We quickly ordered as we were looking to get in an out. The server took the time to compliment the kids on their outfits and ask about their toys they had. Our order arrived in under 15 minutes and the server then checked on us not once but twice while we were eating. She even took thinks a step further and brought refills even before we were finished our drinks. As we finished our lunch she promptly came back to the table to take the kids dessert orders included in their meals. Literally before I returned from the restroom the kids were eating their dessert. The best part was the silence for the next 5 minutes as the only heard was mmmm, this is so good. Needless to say we we're extremely happy with the service, food, price, and promptness of getting us in and out without having to ask. We will definitely drive accross the city to visit this BP's location again and again.

South Common... BP's... Lunch time! When walking into the Boston Pizza at South Common, I sat down to watch the ball game where the Blue Jays were playing. I sat at the table and looked around for the server, only to see her sitting at another booth with maybe a girl who looked 14 or 15 at the most. I waited a few minutes until the server (Justice S got up, and noticed me sitting at a table. She came over and was very nice, pleasant, welcoming, and got me my drink as well as a menu right away. Justice brought my drink which was an iced tea and it was so cool to see a slice of lemon with it! I ordered the Salt Pepper Dry Ribs which Justice brought to me in about 10 minutes after my order was requested... good timing! I noticed the plate only had the dry ribs on top of some fresh(? lettuce, but there was no carrots or celery? Other BP's do that... Eating them they definitely tasted really good and actually had meat on them! Very delicious! Still being hungry and the game still playing, I decided to try an individual pizza and one of the brand new kinds... the Canadian Back Bacon (Believe that is what it is called . SO Delicious! Great Pizza!!! Food was amazing! Bathroom needed tending to! Server needed to focus on customers and not the teenager she let hang out in a booth (even at one time allowed her to sleep in the booth ! Price was right!
