Food: I tried this chain for the first time and found it to be pretty average. I ordered the Famous Star with Cheese and added bacon. The burger was quite plain, and the bacon reminded me of what you’d get from a microwave, although it might not actually be like that. The fries could have used some salt and didn’t taste super fresh—I made sure to try them right away for a fair assessment. The drink was a bit under sweetened, but still drinkable. Service: I went through the drive-thru, and the staff was nice, quick, and very polite. This was definitely a highlight of my visit. Price: My burger was on special, and with the meal, it came to about $11, especially with the added bacon. I thought this was a fair price for what I received.

The el Diablo burger was my all-time favorite, but I have to say I'm really disappointed with the changes. They altered the recipe for the jalapeño poppers, and they're just not good anymore. I'm not sure if it's just this location, but the burger doesn't taste the same as it used to. Additionally, the service was really poor. Previously, the el Diablo burger came with at least three jalapeño poppers and was fantastic, but that’s no longer the case.

I don't like the washroom it's not kids friendly my daughter she fo to washroom and it's really hard to open it iwas wondering why takes her so long when I came and look at her at the washroom my daughter crying she can't really push it because even me it's hard for me to push the door to open it seems like they don't like the customer to used their washroom not family recommended most specially for the kids my daughter she's 6 years old and she don't need someone to be with her going to washroom but that's how hard to open that washroom so iwant it to give 0 star because of that

My favorite fast food restaurant! The burgers are absolutely delicious.

Excellent location! The food was served hot, tasted delicious, and the customer service was exceptional. I will definitely return!
