Complete lack of service. 6 tables with people in the whole restaurant at lunch, one waitress and sat for over 20 minutes waiting while she served the table right beside us 3 times. After obviously being invisible to the staff we finally got up and left.
The sullen man with the dark hair and glasses was beyond cold and uninterested in making his guests feel welcomed.I overheard him say this:Customer: What do you have for chardonnay?Bartender: We have 2 types of chardonnay.Customer: Which is dryer?Bartender: I don't know, I don't drink it.I was shocked.Anyway, this is him in the photo. The blonde bartender however, is a joy.
We use to loved the burgers at this place, we always said they were competition to Red Robins, no more..we were there Saturday Date night, and were very disappointed , the place was not that busy but the Waiter was running around like a chicken with his head cut off, and when he took our Order he made a mistake. Saying that neither I or my husband enjoyed the burgers we had and not sure we would come back.
We stopped in to eat before going to the Windermere Cinema. They have a variety of foods to keep everyone happy. The Crisp honey chicken crispers were hood. The Southwestern Eggrolls seemed a bit greasy. Overall adequate for a night out of the kitchen.
