Menu was contemporary with some unique options -- not your typical hotel food or atmosphere. Our group tried a number of dishes with some of the standouts being the Annisabo (Cree pea soup, very tasty, interesting), Wedge Salad (flavorful, great starter size, not too big), On the Ridge Beet Tacos (great, small manageable portion), Fish & Chips (huge) & Nachos (medium size, lots of cheese). Restaurant room was tasteful, current and cozy. Attentive, friendly service. Prices were average for Edmonton. Only disappointment was not being able to order a latte. And appreciate this hotel chain is an Alberta success story and Alberta owned. Will definitely return.
I was pleasantly surprised at this establishment! Cozy interior and service was spot on! 1 thing I wish they would do is offer maple syrup, even as an up charge, I would prefer that to the high fructose corn syrup! Any day! And I would be willing to pay for it! Other than that the food and service were great! Won't be going back though until they offer real maple syrup!
Pleasantly surprised by the buffet, it included many items. The staff were very accommodating, would recommend.
Food was very good, as was the service! However, very limited menu options, and expensive. Too bad, because they do have a great atmosphere.
Our family of 5 (3 kids) all enjoyed the Christmas menu. Good portion size and very tasty and creative dishes. We would recommend you go. The ambiance is suitable for fine dinning or classy casual. The Aboriginal art choices are very nice.
