Fresh Bistro - Edmonton

Did you know that you can dance your night away at this place every Saturday? Yes, you can! We just had a fabulous time with our friends. The music is fantastic, because the DJ is amazing, the food is great thanks to a fantastic Chef, all of this is topped with a wonderful service. It was our second time at this place and we will go again when we get a chance! I highly recommend Fresh Bistro for Saturday night fun!

Be prepared to wait for overpriced food!! Definitely not worth what they charge! I will drive two extra blocks and get better food for the same price.

We heard about Fresh Bistro (new in West Edmonton) and decided to give it a try. It's located in a small strip mall to the west of 178 St; there is parking out front. See freshbistro.caThey are open Mon through Sat from 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. serving breakfast and lunch but are closed on Sun. Phone 587-521-4456The interior decor and atmosphere was nice, stone walls/rustic with a decent mix of booths and tables. They have a good variety of food on their menu.We (3) tried the Borscht (very tasty but a strong peppery flavour) with a side of French bread and coffee $10.99. The Haddock & chips that came with fries, coleslaw and green salad plus a Diet Coke cost $18.88. A generous portion of hot fish in a crispy coating. A beef dip (large sandwich) also very good with fries approx. $15. Prices quoted above include GST. The food came out quickly and the service was good (a bit abrupt but not unfriendly). We had to ask for the bill, but once we did the server brought it right away.A nice addition to the west end; we will go back again.

We drove to Edmonton from our home in Las Vegas where we always use YELPWe use it to pick the restaurants we will eat at whenever we are on vacation.

Nice atmosphere, waitress was polite. Was here for breakfast, ordered the eggs benedict done medium. Came on a croissant which was nice. The eggs were a bit undercooked and there was a very strong spice on my first bite that almost made me choke. Minus the spice they would have been rather nice.
