Hoang Long Viet-Thai Cuisine - Edmonton

Had Phò and salad rolls. Salad rolls were ok. Phò broth was fatty yet authentic. Not many choices and they didn't have Sàte. They didn't even know what it was.... Wtf.

It starts with the staff directing us to the other register and then being sent back to the first one.The Tom Yum soup was an over peppered weak vegetable soup.The sub was ok but was not traditional. For $9.00 for only a sandwich billed as a Banh Mi it was misleading.

We had the salad rolls which contained fresh basil. I find some restaurants use lettuce which does not compare. Also tried singapore noodles and their specialty soup which were also very good but did not contain much meat if you are non veg but good portion sizes. I liked the decor. Clean bathrooms.

Fresh tasty food with quick service and lots of seating options for groups. I have been there twice and both times I was satisfied both with the food, service and value.

If you are a fan of viet food you will love the Pho here. we first had it when on vacation in vietnam a couple years ago and now we have to have it anytime we drive past an authentic vietnamese restaurant. Prices were decent and it seemed pretty popular when we were there.
