Jollibee - Edmonton

Jollibee is always my go-to spot for happiness, offering my favorite comfort foods. Whenever I'm craving something sweet, I can't resist their peach mango pie or chocolate sundae. And when I'm in the mood for tasty, crispy chicken, I immediately reach for their delightful Chickenjoy! Their burger steak is equally impressive. Jollibee never fails to provide delicious meals that truly satisfy.

I've regularly ordered 10 chicken pieces, with half being regular and half spicy, but I've only ever received the regular chicken. Unfortunately, the Jollibee app doesn't provide a way to submit a complaint after the delivery is made. This issue has occurred not just once, but four times now.

If the branch manager happens to read this, I hope it serves as an important reminder to retrain the staff on proper food handling and packaging, as well as customer respect, which I unfortunately did not receive. This situation has become intolerable. Even if you're craving Jollibee, I strongly advise you to steer clear of this location.

I recently had the best chicken burger I've had in ages! Ivan was super friendly, and Edwin provided exceptional personalized service. A big kudos to the managers for selecting such fantastic staff. They were very thorough with their cleaning and sanitizing efforts. The mango drink was delightful, and the mango peach pie? Incredible! You absolutely have to try it. Edwin mentioned that people come specifically for the pie, and after tasting it, I completely understand why. I will definitely be returning for both the pie and the chicken burger. You won't be disappointed!

I ordered a six-piece spicy chicken bucket, but I received all original flavor instead. The chicken was soggy and lacked any crispiness, and it wasn’t even hot or warm. I was really looking forward to enjoying my meal, so this was very disappointing. I hope you can put more effort into ensuring the quality of food you serve your customers, especially since I paid for it.
