Contribuisci feedbackGot delivery tonight from here and holy heck. 2 double cheese, 1 cheeseburger, lrg fries 1 coke. 50 minutes! From the time the driver got there to leave was just over 50 minutes. And when the food arrives? The fries are barely cool and taste old. And calling the burgers warm is kind. Their lukewarm at best.
Typical McDonald's food, but check EVERY ORDER YOU PLACE! Been through drive through, window, skip the dishes, and 4 times out of 5 this location will forget something. From dips, to entire meals, to what order you are. For reals, go to ANY other McDonald's. You'll just have to go back and get the rest of your order.
Went to order food through drive thru, they weren’t busy at drive thru. Pulled to the ordering com unit. She first told me to give her a second she needs to finish up and she will take my order. I told her alright that’s fine. She then a couple seconds later said she was ready to take my order. I started ordering after the first meal she completely stop listening to my order and you can see random stuff appear on the ordering screen that I did not mention at all. She stopped my order then told me give her second she’s in a middle of a second order. So I told her alright, she then again told me she was ready so I repeated my first item and was moving on to the second item and she again stops me interrupts me to tell me she didn’t catch the order because she was caught in the middle of another order. The 3rd time she said she was ready again I repeated the order and before I could say the 3rd item I was ordering she said “could you repeat your order, sorry I was dealing with another order” at the current point I repeated everything I ordered and she still got an item wrong on the ordering list. What is the point of ordering through that person if she is dealing with another order why not have someone else take over my order or the drive thru window and why does it take me 3 times to repeat my order when clearly there was only my car and another vehicle infront of me. I think it’s fair enough to say that was the worst drive thru experience I’ve ever had. It’s business standard practice in hospitality to be focusing on 1 customer order not multiple especially when I drove up and I can see multiple people with drive thru head sets on and it wasn’t busy.
Bad service, the girl in hijab bluntly ignored the order. Was sitting with burger and fries cooling on the side outside of the heatlamp.
We went through the drive thru and they forgot a jr chicken so we parked and went in and when we got back home we noticed they forgot half the bun.
