Mcdonald's - Edmonton

We visited this Mcdonald's many time and specially in the summer . We like the vanilla ice cream the most. they usually fill the cones right to the top,it melts in your mouth instantly. We also like their coffee in the morning. their coffee and Tim's are equal in tast now the coffee is less expensive than other places . They also give you free refill which is a plus.

I camped out here for a couple hours with my 2 year old son while our car was being repaired nearby. I've been to lots of McDonald's but the staff at this one out shines them all. 3 different employees offered to help carry my food as they saw me trying to control my son with hands full of food. I stubbornly said I was good but I should have taken the help since my son suddenly ran off... He was fine but I felt silly. Food was good, fries fresh, coffee tasty.... Oh and the pace was basically spotless. Every few minutes an employee came by to clean up the play area.The play place was probably the best I've been to. My son never got bored and the other kids and parents were very friendly too.Too be honest, I was really surprised how great this McDonald's location was. Definitely would come back

Drive through service was quick... and one minute from the hotel. And half the price of the hotel restaurant.

Quick efficient service, but it's a very busy place on a main artery, so be prepared if you are there during peak hours. New rents nice but make you feel a bit cramped.

This McDonalds is on the intersection of two busy streets. Primary access is southbound on 103 Street. When you enter the lot you are approaching the two drive-through lanes. To park you have to turn right and go around to the north side of the building. This is neither obvious nor well marked. Inside the restaurant was not busy, mainly seniors at 8:00 on a Thursday morning, but strong drive-through business. Plenty of staff with no language barriers at the till. Food came up quickly and was correct. Standard McDonald's fare - Big Breakfast with very crisp bacon. Washrooms had rather odd selective cleaning. Floors and basins were clean, but cubicle fixtures (tissue holders, etc.) had what looked like weeks of dust on them in areas where customers wouldn't touch them. Fixtures at the sink were water marked, as opposed to the high polish that you usually see at McDonalds. Hand dryer did not function - no paper towels.
