I sampled the vegan Pho and found it to be satisfactory. It contained vegetables, Seitan, Tofu, and Enoki mushrooms. While all the components were tasty, the broth lacked a bit of depth to tie everything together. Nevertheless, there were other vegan choices on the menu.
