We just heard about this delivery service last week and were really excited to try it. Our order was delivered this afternoon (Sunday) and we heated it to dinner again tonight. Our order was Pesto Mushroom Lasagne with one side of roasted tomato soup. The lasagna had layers of pasta, mushrooms, pesto and tofu, which were subtlely flavored with lemon. With house made cashew cheese and roasted pine nuts. It was slightly dry, possibly from reheating, but still really delicious. We also appreciate that it seemed like a cook designed dish, not only a veganized replica of a typical Lasagne meat and tomato sauce. The soup was also really good, with a beautiful depth of taste and bang. This company is definitely a great addition to the Edmonton Food scene. We look forward to our next order.
