Contribuisci feedbackWhen I called the next morning, I spoke with a woman named Jennifer who made me wait on hold for 10 minutes. Once we finally spoke, she claimed to be the supervisor but was unhelpful. She suggested I reorder the item online and file a complaint, despite me explaining that I ordered as a guest and I have the confirmation email showing I don't want the item anymore. She acted as if she couldn't hear me and abruptly ended the call. I tried calling back, but it seemed like Jennifer was avoiding me. The man I spoke with said she was busy with another customer and advised me to call back in 30 minutes, which I did multiple times, only to be met with silence. This whole ordeal is incredibly frustrating. As a customer, I deserve better treatment, not false information and no assistance with my issue. I paid for food I never received!
We started eating, but just 8 minutes later, at exactly 8:30 PM, a staff member named Jennika approached us to say that they were closing and that we needed to pack up and leave. Another staff member, who appeared to be a manager named Elizabeth, came out to reiterate the same message. We had no choice but to stop eating, pack up, and leave. It’s disappointing that Panda Express allowed us to dine in only to rush us out right when we were trying to enjoy our meal. It’s unreasonable to expect us to finish our food in 8 minutes after waiting so long. This was an unforgettable experience for all the wrong reasons, and I can’t believe any establishment would treat customers this way. I’ve always enjoyed Panda Express, and I hope this incident is limited to this particular location. We won’t be returning.
The service raises some health concerns. The woman who handed me my change placed it directly on a paper plate that I intended to use to serve food to my daughter. In hindsight, I regret not speaking up at that moment. I ended up discarding the plate and chose to heat up the take-out box once I got home instead. To be honest, the food wasn't very good either. Just a reminder: money is dirtier than we often think!
Worker wasn't that friendly. Food was good, but the chow mein was dry. The orange chicken was flavourful, but the meat was a bit soggy. Overall it wasn't the worst experience i've had but it wasn't the best.
Worst service ever, few customers, music so loud, I ask the person serving if she can low a little bit the music, she screaming, angry. Not nice at all. Same the manager, who didn’t want to help with the unfortunate experience. The music kept loud, we couldn’t talk to each other.I used to love Panda Express. I will avoid this location from now on
