Pizza Hut - Edmonton

What a horrible pizza hut. The food was super slow, there was almost no cheese on our pizzas ordered with extra cheese, the chicken was undercooked. We called to complain and the employee refused to give his name and argued with us the entire time. We will be escalating to head office and absolutely avoiding this place.

I ordered some take out pizzas. Great pizzas, but a surly man at the counter seemed I was interrupting his conversation. Mainly a takeout joint with window barstool type seating. Pretty noisy due to pizza ovens being so close to the counter/door.

Gave my order to someone else and had to wait for another 10-15mins for a new one and still gave me a raw one. ?? look how raw they gave me. Man seriously pizza hut needs to check their quality..

Times are tough. Pizza Hut cannotnafford to put cheese on their own pizzas. I opened up my pizza on the counter when I picked it up And showed it to the rep and asked him if anything looked wrong with it.He said ‘no.’I said “How about all these bald spots with no cheese whatsoever?”He says to me ‘Oh that’s from cutting and the cheese splits apart…’He then proceeds to use a spatula to spade out two pieces to demonstrate… the cutter in the kitchen clearly isn’t impressed..I said.. ‘No, the quality has actually gone downhill… THAT’S the problem… ‘He said ‘No, it’s the best…’Well then if this is what happens when you cut pizzas… why do all other pizzas NOT have these bald spots???Done with Pizza Hut in Edmonton. It’s trash.

I have never seen a place skimp on cheese like this before. One piece doesn’t even have any. Might have to pay extra for them to cover the whole pizza with the “included” cheese topping.
