Contribuisci feedbackI am currently sitting here waiting for my catering order, which was supposed to be ready for pickup 45 minutes ago. This experience has led me to leave a 0-star review. While I understand that forgetting things is a human mistake, I had placed this order two weeks in advance for a specific time to ensure that it would be ready for my party. I even called several times on the morning of pickup to confirm my order but received no response. It is unacceptable to simply say "I'm sorry," especially considering that there was only one customer in the restaurant and it was not busy at all. This level of service is absolutely disgraceful.
I have been to this restaurant a few times for convenience, but the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. There is one lady who is very rude and entitled, showing no care for customers and their food. I would not recommend coming here, unless you want your day to be ruined.
There was a lady at the front who did not know how to properly communicate with customers. There was no customer service at all. I ordered online and received a very small footlong sandwich that was not filled properly. I was completely disappointed by their lack of customer service and believe that the lady should not be working in the store until she learns how to talk to customers. My money was wasted and even though I was a regular customer, I will not be returning due to her bad attitude and the lack of vegetables in my footlong sandwich.

The cucumbers were roten and she put them on my sub I ask for her to take them off... she did in a huff... and put them backto use again..... her shirt was covered in mayo and very dirty pants.... was so gross I will never go there again.... she was so rude!!!!
