Contribuisci feedbackThis is the place to go, if you want to pay subway prices for 1/3 less meat than other subways.I just moved to the neighborhood and I ordered what I always ordered, a footlong grilled chicken and a footlong cold cut, at my new to me local subway. When he picked up the proportioned cold cut, I wait that isn’t right. All the preportioned cold cuts, were three pieces of bologna and three pieces of salami, I asked him if he was the one to prepare the Cambro of meat, he seemed new and unsure and said no. I said a cold cut comes with bologna, salami and ham, and it’s four bolonga, four salami, and two pieces of ham. He said no. That isn’t right, and he pulled back all the portions and showed that the entire container was made with just three bolonga and three salami. I opened my phone and showed him what a cold cut was supposed to have on it and he said no, that isn’t right. I said this is on the local subway menu, you’re making it wrong. It was a painful interaction and I have zero confidence he will change it or bring it to the manager’s notice, so I’m reviewing the store as one star. Shame on this restaurant. I wonder how long they have been cutting corners on the proper portions and menu. But this is my first and last time here, I’ll go to a different neighborhood.
This place is awsome. The service is impeccable and the customer service is awsome!
I recommend ordering ahead if possible, as service can be slow
My subway bread was super old today. You ruined my love for subway. I cannot explain how upset I am with the food which I paid for. Please train your staff to do better .thank you kindly
Got two subs today. Questioned the amount of streak that they were putting on my sub because it looked like a 6 in amount but was told it was full amount. My son got meatball which is 8 balls and they only put 6!!Not cool to cut corners on ingredients to make a profit. I will not return to this location ever
