Went in for lunch with a coupon that should have gotten me 50% off but the girls told me it didn 't apply so I had to pay full price. The only reason I ordered 2 footlongs is because of the coupon... after sitting down and re reading the coupon, they should have accepted it and I should have received the second footlong at 50% I went up to the counter and they refused to honor the coupon and refund the difference and told me to use the coupon next time outrageous service. Not only that, majority of their veggies were empty, the servers attitudes were extremely dismissive and rude, and my nephews coupon was also refused and he was told the coupons were for online ordering only... no where does it say that on the coupons. Never eating at this location again, and I do not recommend eating here.
Oh boy, this location never fails to disappoint! It's like they have a special talent for completely ignoring the specific instructions provided in online orders. Because who needs to actually read, right? It's quite amusing how they consistently manage to overlook simple things like toppings or grilling a sandwich, even when explicitly stated in the comments.But hold on, folks, because this time they really outdid themselves! Instead of the chicken sandwich I ordered, they graciously decided to surprise me with a veg sandwich. How thoughtful! I must say, their customer service skills are truly outstanding. When I called to express my utter delight at this unexpected twist, I was informed that the sandwich artist responsible had vanished into thin air. How convenient! They kindly asked me to call back the next day, giving me an extra day to bask in the glory of this veggie surprise.Of course, I couldn't resist pushing for immediate resolution. But alas, the manager was conveniently off for the day and incapable of speaking to me. When I suggested speaking with the franchise owner, I received the same incredible response. And now, my friends, I have been eagerly awaiting that promised callback for what feels like an eternity.Bravo to this location for consistently providing a silver lining to my day with their marvelous display of incompetence and exceptional customer service skills. Keep up the great work, folks!
Very overpriced for what you get. Wanted a meal to eat when I got off work and home. No drinks, no chips, no soup. The staff member making the sandwiches is super slow, mumbles under her breath and then gets huffy when you ask what 10 times.
This is usually my go to place but recently they have messed up my order on uber eats. I ordered Steak and cheese Footlong sub, but received it without any cheese, then my second order was Steak and Bacon footlong sub, but there is no bacon strips and cheese on it. Lastly, order the sweet onion chicken teriyaki but the chicken they put in the footlong is a different kind. Very disappointed because when I was supposed to put in a merchant’s review for a refund they have turned off their UberEats.
