Swiss Chalet - Edmonton

I really enjoyed the gluten-free chicken and sauce. The service was quite accommodating, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, there were no dessert options for me, not even ice cream. Also, the floors were quite sticky on the way to the restroom. Just a heads-up for those with dietary restrictions like celiac disease!

I attempted to order take-out from this location three times, hoping to get two full-sized dinners with sides. Unfortunately, the Swiss Chalet Call Center dropped our calls twice and never processed our order. I reached out to Swiss Chalet's Customer Service for clarification, but even though they recorded our calls, they did not take responsibility for the shortcomings of their Call Center. Given this level of customer service, why would anyone choose to order from Swiss Chalet again when nearby grocery stores offer equally delicious hot-to-go rotisserie chicken at a significantly lower price? This is certainly a misguided way to risk losing business and customers.

I hope we just visited on an off day. The floors were sticky, the fried food was almost burnt, service was slow, our cold drinks were lukewarm, and the water pitcher seemed either not properly cleaned or in need of replacement. I expect better quality from Swiss Chalet, especially since I’ve had much better experiences at other locations in this chain. I'm giving it two stars because I've encountered worse restaurants, and thankfully we didn’t get sick.

Always a good time when visiting Swiss Chalet. As this was my first time visiting this location, I'll need to return for sure as the service was amazing.Had the pleasure of being waited on by Ani who was so wonderful. She was truly appreciative of our business and catered to our every whim. Just wow!If you're looking for good value, great food and a friendly environment, this is a place one should visit!Parking: More than sufficient areas to park.

Finding a gluten-free meal was easy. The staff were polite and informed about the food. The food was very delicious.
