I ordered a salad without bacon, but they gave me bacon instead. When I requested a new salad, the lady told me, "You get what you paid for." I do not recommend going to Chopped Leaf.
I just returned from Chopped Leaf and I am disappointed with my experience. I ordered a salad but it turned out to be more like soup, with the dressing added by the older female employee in her 30s with a smirk. I should have checked before leaving, but I didn't tip as I don't usually tip unless I am at a restaurant. I paid $12 for mostly leaves in my salad. I am a regular customer and have recommended this restaurant to friends and family, but depending on how this situation is handled, I may reconsider. Regardless of the employee's mood, she should not have acted vengeful because of the lack of tip. It is arrogant to force the tip option on the debit machine. I expect employees to do their job without expecting a tip, and I should not be attacked for not tipping. This experience has left me very disappointed and I will be sharing it with others.
The food is flavorful and presented beautifully .the new menu board is easily read and presents ingredients clearly. The staff is friendly and offers table service .My favorite healthy hideaway in the Northside
I feel like this location has gone downhill… I used to love getting the salad rolls because they were packed of veggies and big prawns. Now they are tiny little shrimps and fall apart too much to enjoy ?
