Tim Hortons - Edmonton

The experience was very awful...The attendant on November 27 7.15pm was very disrespectful and condescending., lacked manner of approach. The manager did not do any better, started speaking thier native language to each other while explaining what happened..I came into the store to make a purchase I stood by the mobile pick up and was waiting to be attended for 10mintues, while customer that came before me was being attended too. I then approached the attendant to ask why I was being ignored and she told me I did not stand at the right place to place an order to which I explained to her that nobody even asked me what my order was even if it was a pickup stand for 10mintues and that's bad service and she said I should stand on the right place next time and even the manager supported her decision. So even if I stop at a mobile order nobody asked me a thing for 10mintues. Very very bad and I won't be visiting that store anytime soon until they get better customer service training and experience.

I loved the treatment I received on this Tim Hortons. The lady getting the order was funny and polite. I had a croissant with eggs and bacon. It was so good! Good breakfast with superhot coffee mocha.

I like that this Tim Hortons is open late. The staff has always been friendly. The drive thru is open 24 hours and I’ve noticed that sometimes this location has different donuts then I’ve seen at others. This location is nice because it’s a little less busy than other locations.

As per always I went to get an everything or a four cheese bagel from this place and they don't have any. I can't tell you the amount of times I've gone there to be told they don't have those 2 in specific. You'd think they would order more but they never do. Don't even bother going to this location after 4 30 if you want a bagle that's not jalapeño, or 12 grain.

Literally the WORST TIM HORTONS EVER!! I dont even know if they know how to read properly! I ordered 2 ice coffees this morning one with 2 espresso shot and breakfast croissant and a box of timbits! What i got is 2 ice cap.. no one is our house drinks ice cap! They send the box of timbits but forgot to the breakfast sandwich that i got for my son! Literally the worst!
