We go to the Sawmill regularly for beef. There is, simply, no better beef anywhere at any price.Usually I have prime rib but decided on 6oz filet instead. It was bang on medium rare. The filet was wonderfully tender and tasty without all the usual bacon wrap and spices (I love bacon....just not as an excuse to prevent drying out my filet.) Thank you for a wonderful filet....and cheaper then other steak houses in the city.My complaint is a lack of wine....this filet needed a great French Bourdeau and I am willing to pay for it....but ithere is no selection in this regard. Please have a selection of nice old world wines.

The food was good, just a little spicy for me but I had the rest for dinner! The service was very Friendly !! Thank you ????

Any time I go there it's always a decent meal and I'm happy to go. It's so popular that the wait for this place is too darn long.

Went with a group from work to celebrate a colleagues' birthday on weekday buffet. As usual, great selection, wonderful chowder, everything was fresh. Roast turkey and prime rib were awesome.

Had to go to Edmonton for business. Heard several recommendations for this place. Atmosphere was peaceful. Food was excellent. Had to tell them how to make unsweet tea. I don't do sugar but that was no prob. Maybe a Canadian thing. Food was outstanding. Great place.
