That disappointment was followed by the Kick’in Shrimp that tasted old like they were refried from the day before . The main course for me was an 8 oz piece of Sirloin, that was blackened shoe leather, yesterday’s baked potato and an order of green beens that were surprisingly good tasting. My husband’s ribs were dry and his baked potato came from the same place in time as mine. I don’t like sending my steak back as it takes so long to get a new one that by the time it arrives I’m not hungry anymore. I really should have I did advise the waiter who was on his own! that the ‘well-done steak was over-cooked and he ‘informed the cook’. Nothing was done, no one apologized, but the waiter, no acknowledgement from management whatsoever. I get it that it takes talent to cook a great steak, even more so a well done one. If you aren’t interested in serving FRESHLY prepared food to your guests and at least inquiring about why you have disgruntled customers perhaps you need to look for a different livelihood. This had been our third time there since the Tony Roma’s closed in Sherwood Park and the previous times the food was just fine.It has gone downhill to say the least. After tonight’s disappointment, we won’t be back.
Does not take branded Tony Roma’s gift card unless it was issued from this location. How does anyone know where their gift card came from?? Does not have a policy to try to retain business from a branded gift card that they won’t accept. Ie: discounted purchase
This was the worst valentine's day ever. My husband and I went to Tony Romas at Londonderry mall Feb 14, 2020. First of all I asked for a baked potato with my meal only butter. They brought it fully loaded. Next my husband got the special prime rib. He ordered it medium it came raw. The server asked if we minded if they reheat it. I said no we are paying 30.00 dollars we want a new one. My husband had to wait another 15 minutes for it and he said it tasted like liver and it was tough. Needless to say we didn't get to eat Valentines dinner together. This Tony Romas really went downhill. We used to go there all the time.
I love their ribs. They are the best. The food in general is really good. Love the coleslaw. Never disappointed with their food. This location however is now closed.
We love this place and go often when we go to the movies and even without going to the movies. Food excellent. We hear that this place will close, we hope not. Service is fast and it is always good; most of the time, we take the riblets.
