The ice cream was melting today, which made it difficult to mix, and some of it had ice chunks. I'm also confused about the restroom situation: why is there one bathroom for men and another for both men and women? Did you really choose to eliminate the women's only bathroom? It’s important to recognize that men tend to use the facilities quickly, while women usually take longer. If you’re going to make changes, why not make both bathrooms accessible to everyone?

It appeared that the store had only one employee working while there were eight customers inside and more in the drive-through. I felt sorry for the worker, but they were doing their best to serve everyone as quickly as they could. The cakes were pricey, but they were delicious.

Went in today (7/9/2023) and the workers looked like they didn’t want to be there,we stood there and didn’t acknowledge us at least to say hey will be with you.I got my girls some ice cream and for myself, when I received my ice cream employee drop it on the counter and still gave it to me. I didn’t want to make a fuss because they had a line,but this was gross and money is handled in that counter. I did not eat it and just threw it away,ended up just eating my chocolate I bought. I will be requesting my money back from my bank because this is not ok.

We ordered this custom cake for my husbands birthday for the second year in a row. Last year when I went to pick it up they said “no one had time to make the cake” and no one bothered to call. This year we tried again but I should’ve known better. It was not ready when I arrived at the scheduled pick up time, so I had to wait an extra ten minutes with my wild toddler. And, this is the writing that was done on the cake. I might expect the writing from a $10 Walmart cake, but not a $35 6-inch cake. We won’t be returning to the store.
