Wasabi - Edwardsville

I don't even eat sushi, but I went with a group anyway. The waitress, who handled everything on her own in a packed restaurant, was fantastic. The service was excellent, and the setting was lovely, despite being a bit cramped. This was on Monday, June 20, 2022. I didn’t catch her name, but she definitely deserves a raise!

The dinner was excellent, and the service was outstanding. I rated them 4 stars due to a few minor issues. However, I would definitely recommend giving them a try!

Smaller than I expected from the online profile, but it made for a good place to get sushi. Service was fast and the sushi was well prepared. Good selection of sushi. I definitely go back.

I would like to give the Tyler server a call that promptly gave my Moscow-Mule and Philadelphia Sushie service while I tried to buy car insurance via the Dave Ramsey website. Wasabi offers some of the best sushi I've ever tasted. I've tried various rolls at their Edwardsville location, and I haven't encountered any that I completely disliked. While there were a couple that weren't my favorites, they were still enjoyable. They excel at crafting delicious dishes, from their fried rice to their miso soup, in addition to their sushi rolls. I highly recommend their food.
