The toppings on one of them were scarce, while the second had oversized sausage toppings, but they were mostly just along the edge of the pizza. The pan crust pizza had no sauce at all, which was definitely not what I expected. Additionally, the Parmesan bread bites were quite dry and heavily seasoned with what tasted like garlic salt.
I've visited this Domino's before and had a great experience, but today was different. I ordered my usual pizza and when I got home and opened the box, I was completely stunned—there was no cheese on the pizza! I felt my heart sink. I was so hungry and had been looking forward to enjoying my meal. I took a bite, hoping it would still taste good, but unfortunately, I was mistaken. All I could taste was tomatoes, and I really dislike the flavor of tomatoes. I don't know what went wrong; I'm just really disappointed. No hard feelings, just a sense of sadness.
I had my first experience ordering here, and it didn't go well. I tried to place an order online, but I called back to confirm that my sauce would be included. I regret making that call because the person I spoke to was rude right from the beginning. I ended up canceling my order because I was concerned he might do something to my food out of spite. After hanging up on me, I called back and asked him to stop being rude and let me speak, but he refused. As someone who works in customer service, I find it unacceptable that a place would employ someone like that. I'm grateful that the calls are recorded, because I plan to go in tomorrow to address this. Normally, I wouldn't be bothered, but today I can definitely relate to the "Karen" stereotype — no one in customer service should ever speak to a customer like that!
I wish I could give zero stars. They told me they delivered me my food when clearly they didn?t. Then they lied and said they delivered it across the street by accident, but they didn?t because I can see my neighbors house. I asked if they couldcompensate for the issue and the manager only would extend to me that I could order more food at the $5.99 price. I got so fedup I asked for a refund and that wound up being an issue as well. This place is run by people who don?t care one bit aboutcustomer service. THE WORST EVER!!!!
This is the absolute worst dominos in all of South jersey, they will leave you on hold for 15+ minutes without answering the phone regardless of what time you call. Then after leaving you on hold forever, they will send you the incorrect items, and thennot answer when you call back. It's honestly insane how terrible this dominos is run, it's comparable to a hectic street foodmarket in a 3rd world country. Just go to Pizza hut or one of the many local chains that are offered in the area and saveyourself time, money, and a headache.
