Even though the dining room is loud it is not disturbing you from enjoying your meal. They are masters of the grill. Simple vegetables to the seafood dishes are quite good. There may be public parking in the area. You need to make sure you have a reservation.
BRAT is absolutely worth the hype, with fresh, fun food and an amazing wine list to boot! I loved every last bite and the service was phenomenal! The set up is cozy and entertaining. It is almost as if you are sitting in the kitchen. We started with Menai Oysters, Spider Crab Toast, and Grilled Bread with Anchovies. One hit after another! Definitely don’t miss the grilled bread as it is made to order and perfect. For larger plates, we enjoyed duck rice and a bone-in fish. I preferred the duck, which was rich and well seasoned. My only regret is that I didn’t try more dishes.
If you’re not already hyped about this place, you should! And it probably deserves every bit of hype. The food is just wonderful! The open kitchen adds to the experience as you see your food being prepared. The wine list is beyond impressive. Staff was super kind and helpful. I’ll be back (many times).
Very friendly down to earth restaurant serving very good quality food! We went as a group of three and loved the wide variety of food. Service matched the fantastic food. Highly recommend.
It’s amazing how much they can do in a small setting the warmth of the waiters and the homely ambiance makes you truly comfortable. Visited the restaurant after watching it on ‘Somebody feed Phil’ and it stood up to it mark. Starters spider crab on toast and grilled bread were just right. Main course lemon sole and mutton chop was just terrific. Dessert caramel cream was out of the world smooth and decadent
