Dairy Queen - El Cajon

Went here for lunch today. My wife wanted to get a Peppermint Hot Cocoa Blizzard but they didn’t have it since it’s not a Summer Blizzard. That’s fine, but it was on their Dairy Queen Texas App. She then asked for a S’Mores Blizzard, but they didn’t haven’t that either so she settled for a Snickerdoodle Blizzard. We then wait in Reserved Drive-Thru Parking Spot and hands us our food. As we’re about to pull out, she realizes that it was the wrong order, and got swaps it for the right one. That made me worried the first bag was actually right. Luckily, it was. But yeah, I just wanna know how they don’t have a Blizzard that is on their TEXAS DQ App....

Paid $10!! For two SMALL blizzards, these cups were the size of a sample cup, or cups you would receive at a hospital. Both ice creams were melted and had 5 pieces of candy items in them. One of them was a cookie dough blizzard, tasted completely like coffee? Half of everything I asked for they said they did not have? Their drive thru menu is extremely outdated smh. This location HANDS DOWN is the WORST location in El Paso.

Very poor service. Unfriendly staff. Sign was incorrect. Would not let us in but the sign said capacity 24 people.

Permanently closed. No wonder. I gave this place two stars before. And after several attempts to give them chances to improve their rating, today I will lower their rating to a star. The ice is still the best, but the people who work there from the administration down there really have no idea of customer service. You don't honor the promotions, the staff is rude. The restaurant is always in a state of desarray. They are always from this or that product. For these many reasons, I will no longer visit this facility. The owners obviously do not care and probably promote this kind of behavior and terrible management.
