Great American Steakhouse - El Cajon

Our server Abel did a great job and the food was great as well!

Not our first time here, today the service was so bad!!!!!! And the place was not even full, many empty tables... still we seat there for almost 15mins without even water!!!! We decided to leave....

Our server was Jonathan P. , and we couldn’t have asked for a better server. Jonathan was so attentive to our group and our experience from when he introduced himself to when we left. Even though there was a small issue from the kitchen Jonathan handled it with class and grace and took care of it and our group. We love Great American and have come to expect great service and Jonathan exceeded the expectation.

Great experience, even though some of our items had to be taken back because they weren't correct, the staff was awesome. Leonel was our great server.

Leonel is awesome! Very attentive and always ready to serve.
