McDonald's - El Cajon

If you go inside at night you can use a credit card. But in the drive thru you have to use cash. This store actively attempts to stop you from ordering.

Placed mobile order for curbside, more then 15 minutes later I went in and just grabbed it myself. Ordered no salt on burger, tasted extra salty. Customer service was just not there and food wasn't great.

Customer service is bad, never argue with a customer, they need more training and should learn how to talk to customers. Even with glasses the fat guy there can't read but argues then leaves, no skills at all

I had an ordered placed at 527 pm at the kiosk in the lobby….the priority of serving was given to the drive through and I waited for more than 30 min. Go to another McDonald’s or go through the drive through avoid the lobby at all costs.

Worst services ever visiting the drive thru. There grills are down will be back in 20-30 min. Yet I ask if the fryer worked said yes. Declining service due to manger. I want even ordering from the grill.
