Pot Belly's Pizza - El Cajon

My pizza arrived late and cold, called to get a refund, spoke to Manager Sergio and he apologized and was ready to refund... then we found out I called the wrong place. I called my location in Socorro and the manager was the opposite of Sergio, implicit I lied about the delivery time and would not refund if pizza was returned. Sergio=axis. Socorro Location= No customer service skills.

My order is online. Very easy to use. Just follow the instructions. After the order, the confirmation number was announced in 15 minutes. I greeted it from the young lady. I said she was right with me because she was a guest in the dining area. It was quick to apologize. I said my order was 5 minutes before I finished. Sorry. Once my pizzas came out, I saw that my pizza was complete, hot looked good. It was to my satisfaction. Thank you.

Last time i ordered wings and they were rawToday I decided to give them another chanceI ordered 2 pizzas & 20 wings1st pizza was right.

Good pizza and wings. Price is also very good for the size of portions.

Still one of the best places for pizza in Horizon and you can’t beat the prices. Tastes like pizza, not cardboard.Garlic breadsticks are unbeatable!Take out place.
