The Italian Kitchen West - El Cajon

3 of 7 orders were wrong, waiters even argued what was ordered was not on the menu. Manager argued what was served was right if it did not even pair the description on the menu. ordered something else that was finally served after the rest of the party had finished their food. Very disappointing Not recommended.

I am a great lasagna lover!!! My girlfriend and I were shopping on the west side of the city and came over this little restaurant hidden right in front of the highway... I'm glad we stopped here because it's the best Italian food I've ever tried here in the El Paso area... Walking is like a walk in Italy.... I don't know how it feels, but I suppose that's how it feels... Relaxing atmosphere, perfect service and food is BUON CIBO!!!

We drove from the east coast over the city to enjoy this delicious food. The staff was attentive and friendly. The pizzas we had were the Spicy blonde and the combination and they were fantastic. The pasta dishes are good and delicious. The Tortellini and Manicotti were really good. We can't wait for our next trip.

We haven't been there long. It was a great experience. The food was great, especially the fried zucchini! Our waitress was also very attentive. We will return safely!

Loved the food, the Italian Combination pizza was great! Pretty busy place, it wasn't 4pm and we had a 10 min wait. For me it was worth it.
