Chipotle Mexican Grill - El Cerrito C

Ordered 3 burritos to go, they were tasteless. No flavor. Meat was dry, asked for salsa, no salsa, tasted terrible, will go to Taco truck, better.

I ordered food delivery with my coworker today ,I spent $31 for a salad chips and queso and a side of guacamole. They of course forgot my chips for the millionth time and this is how much salad dressing they gave me for this big salad. How is that fair? I would order them so much more if they could just get my order right once. I have wasted so much money through the years at this location for food I did not recieve. I managed a restaurant for years so it takes a lot for me to complain. But this is literally the 15th time they did not send my chips. Which is my fav part.

THIS IS HONESTLY THE BEST CHIPOTLE STORE IN THE BAY AREA. Every time I go, the staff and service are beyond amazing! They are very friendly and always get my order right. I've been going to this chipotle consistently for almost 2 years straight. Shoutout to the one lady who always remembered my order from DAY 1!
