Church's Texas Chicken - El Cerrito C

It's easy for a quick fix when I don't have food at home. Just add steam rice, with sweet soy sauce and it would fill me up, although not as satisfying... because (1) Their recipe definitely isn't the same as before. It used to have that sweet-ish and fried/ burn-fat smell that made you salivating. That smell is gone. (2) The taste is pretty bland compared to before. I don't like it much anymore. (3) The chicken pieces are absolutely smaller, and the price is just too much.

We ordered fried chicken, nothing else. AND we asked for water, they said THEY ARE NOT GIVING WATER! Unbelievable ?

Went to this restaurant the other day realized a couple things. The food was under cooked, how can you give me raw chicken? Called for a manager some guy named Martin unsure if he’s the manager or not but he was rude disrespectful who is giving all these stars to this establishment obviously it’s not the customer service this Martin guy has or the undercooked food.We went at a different time and some kids where smoking out the drive thru window with the car in front of me.This Manager is a Joke.Never coming back here again.

Friendly staff serving freshly prepared and tasty food.I will be back.The fried apple pies are sooooooo good.And they have chicken leg tree ornaments.

Killer chicken and staff went out of their way to get the best (cheapest) deal 6 pieces and a bbq'd half bird for $13 total Luv
