Starbucks - El Cerrito C

Forget the atmosphere and lack of enthusiasm, hygiene is a major red flag! Unwashed hand from cleaning all over my cup lips and even over the whole area. Not to mention order was lacking basic questions to be properly fulfill but the lack of hygiene was it for me.

I asked for oat milk and this is definitely cow milk. I'm not allergic but some people are please be careful.

It's hard not to love Starbucks, especially when you need that hot cup of coffee.

They was amazing they made my coffee on time asked if I need anything else they was really sweet kinda very helpful

This place is my go to as I always take bart and coffee is must needed for me at morning. As always I went there and ask for grande refresher today and realized I was about to be charged for light ice. Seriously, For light ice they were charging me $1? Before I used to ask a lot of time for light ice never realized they were charging me extra for that. Very rude service. Never going to come back in this place again.
